i know that if u put a duped rune in a item, it perms. but say if u put the duped rune in a duped item, will it perm?

for example i put ber rune in duped btals, will it perm?

exactly what it does.. jsut like selling a hr to charsi and buyig it back gives it a new code.. therefor its PERMED
