Energy Shield Glitch?

I was told that there is a ES glitch, where you like have a +3 es cta, and crap.. idk.. if someone knows please explain how to do it

no such thing as a es "glitch" ... u mean a precast staff?

it might be like warcry weapons where you cast it with your switch weapons for more +es, i never heard of an es glitch though..

Well, if you mean precast, it's stuff that fire/cold sorcs usually do, and it's extremely BM. Have 9 lightskillers + 9ES staff in your stash, equip those skillers + staff for a precast and then switch back to you usual fire/cold skillers. Some people also use sojs, etc to get it even higher, but it's very, very BM.

In 1.10 there was an ES glitch, meaning that the Telekinesis charges on Marrowwalks acted as a synergy towards ES, so that even lvl 1 ES had a huge boost when wearing Marrowwalks, but that was fixed in 1.11.

Is it important what item have telekines charges?
You can't use Teleport\es and others if you'll not put 1 skill in Telekines
