you'll probably have to send the cdkey in even if they deal with this kind of things which i doubt they do.

Yea you can get a replacement cdkey. They will charge you a fee if you cannot provide them with the original casing with the cdkey you are having a problem with printed on the cover. They send you a replacement key and disable the old one. If you cannot provide the original materials, the fee can be waived if you have the reciept and if you have bought the game in the last 90 days. Btw this whole cdkey replacement processes takes 2-3 weeks. Good luck! I remember this info because I read about this on blizzard's website. I suggest you search around on http://www.battle.net
