My MF Fire sorc build (items)

Rings: 2x 30% Nagelrings
Boots:49% War Travs
Belt: 12% Tals Belt
Shield: 4 ist Monarch (100% MF)
Charms: 20x SMFC , Anni , Hellfire Torch (sorc)

Am i missing anything?

power as in damage bro. i think bartender is trying to say you'll be too weak with that setup. my suggestion...if you want to use a Fire Sorc for MF, which no1 would suggest, you're going to need any infinity (preferably eth CA/Thresh/GPA/CV) to break/reduce immunites and/or kill fire immunes...

there are just too many fire immunes to efficiently MF with a Fire Sorc. Your best bet is to use same set-up with Light or Cold. I suggest light with an infinity.. if you can't get infinty, then go Orb or Blizz (possibly meteor thrown in the mix). up to you, just my 2 cents.

true its easy to die with those gear, but fire can kill. 3-5 fbs with that gear at andy, and a couple of meteors at meph, and pindle is just ez. but yes infinity merc will help, and light is only good for eldritch and shenk but not good for meph or andy.

yes, a fire sorc in hell definitly needs power due to all the fire immunes and such, youll be trapped without a decent merc alone

You have basically what I have equipped on my character ATM but just different amulets, and I don't have anything socketed. Oh and I am using Lidless Grim Shield. Set up seems nice to me, if you got enough resistance charms and such then it's good to go.

I personnaly think there are too many fire immunes around andy and meph unless your just gonna do the bosses solely but then you have the change of dieing when the monsters attack you unless you have a nice merc.

Since you seem to have ists, I'll suggest that you go with a 6 ist crystal sword for the final hits on a boss. a high/perf Gheed's is a good booster too.

idk why people seem to think you need a lot of power. your gonna be mf'ing not dueling, so, so waht if you gotta hit the boss 5-6 times. big deal.

and just get like a cheaped botd merc for immunes. works good enough for me..
