CD Key ban ... over thiry days and still can't get on, perm ban right?

I uninstalled my current Diablo and reinstalled with my old, banned CD key. I've done this twice yesterday and today and get the "cd key is disabled from realm games..." message.

So if it's over thrity days then it's definitely perm ban right? I was banned on Friday, July 21; 30 days brings the date to August 20.

This was my first ban with this key but I did buy the key off eBay ... I'm now wondering if this person sold the CD-Key with one ban on it. That's the only logical explination.

I've been playing legit with another key (and orginal LOD key) and so far everything is going fine. I see no reason for Blizzard to ban unless they wanted to be jerky because I didn't wait to play. (Still a bit paranoid.)

Blizzard can choose either to unban it or to permanantly ban it

I saw this quotein the Tech Support section on the b.net forums by Emerald.

The one month is approximate, it has been known to be 40 odd days, depending how many need to be unbanned.
However you should think yourself lucky that you have a seond chance at all, cheats don't deserve it!

Seeing how many people got banned, it may take those full 40 days and then some.....

Yeah I'm pretty sure it will take them a while to unban over 30,000 cd keys. Just wait a few.

could be they're just disabling them instead of perm ban now. my old key is still disabled and its been 11 months lol. i check it from time to time but its still disabled. doesnt bother me tho since i got 18 copies of the game for 50 bucks from an old hobbies store that was going out of business. currently got 12 in use on the other computers. they boys here like harassing eachother on it. i just call them dorkus.

Well I reinstalled the game tonight and my old key still isn't unbanned so I'll try again this weekend.
