well i found this belt last night and i know it sucks because its eth but is it worth nething?

no it is worth nothing even on classic it would be crap... just sell it and get 200 gold out of it

no str = worthless
plus crafted belts have FCR as well as any mod ur belt could have, so most rare belts are worthless to someone who knows what a crafted belt is
