Well I kind of got bored so I decided to try my luck making a guide.
This char is bassically a Mfer/Rusher.

Str - Absolutely nothing
Dex - 25-30 for slightly better blocking
Vit - Everything
Energy - None

Gear
Helm - Um'd Shako is great or if you get str charms a COA is great
Ammy - Maras or seraphs, maras will give u res but seraphs will boost ur defensive skills as well
Shield 1 - Um'd Hoz, no reason to up it, still does same stuff just more defense
Armor - Mage Enigma or Bp nigma, anything with low str req
Boots - Treks great str and vita bonus FHR FRW and poison res
Rings - 2x SOJs or 1 soj and cast ring.
Belt - Spider, really no alternative, great belt
Gloves - Mages or trangs, both have 20 fcr but trangs adds to cold res mages are regenerate mana 25%
Weapon 1 - Hoto, this is really nice, 3 to all skills fcr and res, wizzy is a nice alternative 50 fcr 75 all res and nice mana bonuses
Weapon 2 - CTA for bo
Shield 2 - either lidless sigons shield or spirit too boost your bo
Charms - Annihilus and Torch are a must so you can use gear, i have fhr charms in my inventory and life scs are also great.

Merc and Merc gear
I recommend an act NM Defensive Merc, because he will come with holy freeze already. as for gear:
Helm - Ral'd EAndys, the ral is a must cause it negates the -30% fire resist
Armor - Efort, Great res and high defense, also boosts your mercs damage
Weapon - ECv Insight - Adds meditation and will have decent damage.
Unfortuneatly no s.s. here waiting for the gear to go nl so i can equip my merc.

Mf Strategies
Basic mfing strategies that work well with this build.
Dont have pics for this becasue i got lazy.
Countess - Basically tele to her, once on level five teleport into the room and tele right on top of her, switch to concentration spam hammers shes dead.
Andy - Same as countess, tele to her, tele on top, kill.
Summoner - Once again same strategy
Travincal - this is a little tricky sometimes, just tele into the groups and spam hammers, if your health starts to drop tele away, theres almost always a well in trav use it and go back for more.
Meph - Same strat as countess. might want to kill the council members before him because they drop well sometimes.
Diablo - well you can either take the long way and kill everything, or u can teleport thru everything open the seals and kill the super uniques, once done that tele to diablo and let him have it.
Shenk, Eldritch, Twitchthroe - All three of them same strat as countess, twitch is the super unique outside of the crystalline passage and has a high drop rate.
Pindle or Nihlathak - well you have a choice here, you can either not kill nihl and mf pindle which is same strat as? you guessed it countess, or you can kill nihl for keys. Nihlathak is kind of tricky, if you teleport right on to him and ur hammers miss him but kill his minions your as good as dead, especially if he teles away. so instead tele up to him and just before him open a tp, tele up to him then tele back to your tp and monsters will follow you, kill them off then redempt them, after killing enough minions you can then tele onto nihl and kill him

HOZ(Gilded Shield)
75*85/160 = 39.8 % Chance to block with your shield.
Exile(Vortex Shield)
49*85/160 = 26.0 % Chance to block with your shield.
Exile(Sacred Targe)
60*85/160 = 31.8 % Chance to block with your shield.
Good idea to study this carefully before considering the guide/build that you will follow
