depends on what kind of zon youre making..if its a bowzon a cats eye is arguably the best zon ammy (frw, ias, dex) but if its for a cs zon i guess that ammy is decent but imo highlords is sexier

if ur a bowzon then that is a very shitty amulet unless ofcourse u can reach the ias bp without catseye or highlords
