yeah fortunecity is good, not sure if it still is tho, havent used in god only knows how long.. piczo=gay.. so my advice.. if your planning on making a gay site.. go for piczo

Your best bet.. is to start from scratch go pickup a copy of Dreamweaver. and sign up for free hosting on somewhere such as Angelfire or Netfirms or just search google for Free hosting. youll definatly think more highly of yourself after youve used such things included with Dreamweaver.

their hosting is free, and page loads are relatively fast

i have a question...how do you buy sevrer space? do you pay a website? couldn't you somehow just buy your own server?

you can buy a website url from like a company. they will host the website on thier servers and its pretty cheap too.. like 7 bucks a year. your best place to look would be the ad section of PC Magazine or something like that

ehehehe... they are expensive man. you can "rent" out a space for much cheaper.
