So I joined this pub duel game with my Orb sorc. There were two ww barbs and smite paladin. The smiter and one ww barb hostiled me. I figured easy PK. Well the bard died in 1-3 orbs and didn't say anything. I next i played the paladin and killed him in 1-3 orbs maybe four? Then all of a sudden he gets mad and starts saying how i was lucky and that i'm a noob, and that i'm EZ. We fought twice more once the ww bard jumped in and i killed him and the paladin again. then the next time i just teled into town because i was getting bored. I'm sick and tired of people crying. what happen to "Hey [name], gd."
edit: Oh yeah, and the paladin called me a ***** for tele away from him. Isn't that what sorcs do to melees? they tele shoot. Why would I just stand there and get smited?

Lol, yes it gets very annoying... if they cant handle a sorc go build up a better F***ing Char and get enigma. Just dont even worry about it, he had just lost a duel of coarse their going to get pissed.

i'm a happy dueler and say gd etc. unless their douchebags then thier Pk'ed *hopefully*. its diablo, what did you expect lol?

I playd right at the start at 1.10 and i nvr complained, a little befor ladder season 2 actually, cause i remember i made a ladder char and in a week or 2 it became nonladder, very annoying cause i thout he still ladder and i made a ladd char and i went to hlp with durry and i noticed i couldnt join the damn game!

Yeah there is alot of d2 players that have e-rage. I just enter duels see how the players act if there cusing each other out I leave and find another one cuase most likley they will nk you.

i usually just goto priv duels now. but it seems that no matter how many times you beat them 5-0 at the end of the series your still the noob.

shit talking in duels in pubs is fun. if you can't handle it then don't duel in pubs. take the pvp forums on d2jsp for example, the flaming and spamming (regarding flames) is ridiculous.

I say a duel is a fight to the death. To test with all options (no limitations) to see your possible of. I am old school so the "no charging", "no potting", "no teleporting", the very famous: "no running" or any other rules players try to incorporate before dueling is total BS. Basically Duels = no rules = no limitations.
The noob calling usually comes from the exact noob in the current situation. Or above stated dueling rage. So "gd" is something you might hear but in ultra rare situations. This is why I almost always duel with friends for this and all other reasons. = no BS = no frustration = great duels = great times = no BS.... This circle keeps revolving the same over and over again.

what i hate most is the people who say that the opponent is a noob because they "RUN" I mean, you HAVE TO RUN and tele away. >=[ well for most casters right???
i had situations where two noobs was chasing my wwdruid and one said.
"hes running isnt he"
"yep hes teleing hella"
"tch. noob"
and i wish i was there to tackle him.
