how come i can't play diablo II : LOD even though i have an original cd-key? the diablo II and expansion were downloaded from a torrent. i also input the two original cd-key: diablo II and expansion. when i'm done installing the two game, and start to play diablo II : LOD it always said it need diablo II : expansion even an original copy of expansion came from torrent is inside the cd-rom. sorry for my poor english... help me smartass2mad: and i want to play the official realms. thanks for replies. =)

I would suggest instead you download an ISO file of a cds and burn them. I have had bad experiance downloading just the setup for D2... it's better to get the entire CDs in images and burn them with a CD burner.

d2 from torrent works fine.. to my knowledge at least.
use daemon tools to load the expansion disk image into a virtual drive and activate all the safedisc bypassing crap.
if u wanna know how to use daemon tools or what it is, ask Google.com, its a very educational site

yes i'm done using d2loader and it's working now. but i wonder why i can't connect to the battle net even though i have input the original cd-keys.

is it possible you have a firewall that is blocking d2 ?

i don't have money to buy an original diablo cd so i download it through a torrent. by the way, i like to sell my diablo 2 cd key and expansion too
