I never have many problems on Diablo, this might be something else not the server.

well i might be the fact that diablo II came out when windows 98 ws out or something and im using XP service pack 2, or my drivers are screwy with the old stuff i dont know. but the thing that pisses ,e off the most is that i got back on and stait after whats that temp ip ban now its been like 3 hours and im still baned it better not be one of the 3 day bans, ohwel i sopose that wont really matter seemin though i am going away 2moz for a week Tongue

I'm not sure, but I thought I remember hearing or seeing something that if you keep on trying to log on and you can't, it actually extends the time of the temp ban. ~jedi

It used to happen to me a lot as well. Part, I think, is because they runn WoW and D2 off of the same server. There was something else to it, it might be what you were talking about. One of the tech guys told me to restart and wait about an hour.
You can run....but you'll just die tired.

I use to hate the temp ban when I played D2. I especially hated it when I was in the middle of transfering stuff. I would usually have to call up a friend and tell him to join the game and pick everything up for me.

Lol. I hated getting dropped due to timeouts.

WoW And D2 are on totally different servers, hence the reason you can't talk to one another. Besides WoW has like 70 servers.

I have never played WoW. And when that happens, and I get sign back in, I go to the tech channel and raise hell. It doesn't do much technical wise, but I feel better. And by the time I'm through, I'm able to sign back on.
