Flamebellow Sword Glitch??

If this is already been addresed, plz direct me to the proper link, If not, can someone who knows if this is fact, or fiction, plz explain How, an why this "Glitch" works. Just wondering, cause I mf at least one a day, an always sell, if there is a glitch, i'll start keeping a few. Thanx for your helpdevilish:

I'm not really sure if this is how it works or not but i know it works cause my friend does it in pk games sometimes, you equipt a flamebellow use leap and then use the inferno skill ( i think) and you become invincible from all attacks but you cant move or attack.

If thats the case, why would anyone wanna do it? You can be invincable in town also, without moving or attacking lol

This is how you make it work:

Use a barb, leap, and right after you land, use the flamebellow's fire attack thing that comes out of ur mouth. After that, you'll lag so badly that you can walk around without being blocked by the map's borders.

However, the other ppl in the game will still be able to see you, they can attack you until you have 1 health, but they can't finish killing you. So, it looks like you're invincible. To them, you'll look like you're standing in the same spot.

I thought this was patched some time ago. Can anyone confirm that it does or does not work now?

Either way, it's a pretty pointless glitch unless you want to impress pubs or something.

Take a look at the 1.11 Patch .txt file in your D2 directory, and you will find this bug fixed by the 1.11 patch.

- Barbarians will no longer become stuck when using Whirlwind right after
Inferno from the unique item Balrog Blade Flamebellow.

it was more than this one item that caused similar glitches.
its all been patched.

used to be if someone stood on the feet of your corpse when you got your body, you didnt move and you were also invincible.

no, my zon using a frostwind sword still goes invisible when i use the artic frost skill. i doubt its been patched.

Ok, But, If your down to 1 hp, can you still attack them at all?, Thats the only benefit, i'd see from this glitch. If they can try an ez you, but can't finish, but you continue to attack an kill em, i'd say thats a hella nice game glitch . Btw, thanx for the imput, wasn't sure if it was truth, or myth.

Heres how you really use it.

You use inferno from flamebellow, and then use leap. And still hold down the button for flame bellow. Your going to land and you can't do anything else for the rest of that game.

The game thinks your still in the air leaping, so your going to be in 1 spot to your enemies, but you can move around and stuff, but nothing will happen. This DOES degrade EVERYTHING on you, so if you don't have money or runes don't do it. It makes you invincible but sorta pointless because you really can't do nothing but run around and talk. You could try it once if you want but nothing really that special.

this bug used to work with whirlwind and leap, i heard they patched the ww one, nothing of leap yet, ill test this later today
