Diablo II B.NET login error, please read.

When i try to log onto my account on Diablo it says: "Diablo II was unable to connect you to the realm server. The realm you have selected may be unavailable or you may be encountering connection issues. Please make sure your connection is working propertly and/or your firewall has 6112 opened." Any ideas?

check your firewalls and router. Make sure you have ports 4000, 6112-6119 open. tcp and udp.

example:

Title=====Port=====TCP=====UDP=====IP
d2a............4000...........x...............x...............127.1.1.0
d2b...........6112-6119...x...............x................127.1.1.0

looks retarded but basically, it has ports 4000, 6112-6119 open for tcp and udp so the game can log in plus lets others join your games.

Try restarting your computer and not trying to log in for about an hour.
