Rerolling Items?

So I just found an Sup Eth Zakarum Shield, is it possible to reroll the stats on this? or any non sup/sup items?

To reroll magic items, it's as simple as 3 perfect gems and the magic item, in the cube, getting transmuted.
To reroll rares, its a bit different. there are 2 seperate recipes depending on what u want.

Low Lvl Rares= 6 perfect skulls and the rare item, with formulae being: ilvl=int(.4 *clvl)+int(.4 *ilvl)

High Lvl Rares=1 perfect skull+rare item+ Stone of Jordan, with formulae being: ilvl=int (.66 *clvl) + int (.66 *ilvl)

In other words, the ilvl will equal to: .X times your char lvl (rounded down) plus .X times the input item's ilvl (rounded down also)
