terran is a very strong race, many play it will but noone only plays it. usually when i play terran both me and my opponent went random.
Always build scvs
a basic build is, get scv up to 7,
at 8 build a suply depot,
at 9 build your first barraks, the next scv on minerals
when depot is done, get the scv up and build another barraks
get your third barraks as soon as you have enought mins for it +1 or 2 scvs in the cc
the first barraks is soon ready start getting a rins when its done, use the scv to build an extractor to get gas. the next scv coming from the cc needs to build a depot.
pump rins, scout with 1 or 2 units, i advice to use 2 to know what race your opponent is earlier. keep pumping rins, get ur gas up to 100 then you build ur first factory fast.
you have probably found your oppoenent by now, and will from now do whatever is needed depending on what race your opponent is.
anyways, with the 3rax gas fac, gives you vs toss, enough marines to hold a good rush(if you know how to micro your rins) and you can get in a fast tank drop.
vs terran it gives you the tank fast enought, seeing how tvt you usually need to tech fast.
vs zerg you can do pretty much anything, get your tanks, and push the hell out of the zerg, get a couple fast wraights mayb and hunt some lords, or get a dropships and trasport units into zergs base if it has choked good and you are lazy.
well this is just 1 out of shitloads of different starts you can use, but this is the one i think is best when you get terran in a rvr
