He just got diablo 2 + LOD, but he cannot connect to the US battle.net servers...he CAN connect to Asia and Europe, he HAS tried Blizzard Entertainment: Technical Support Site but it did not fix it, please help!

Tell him to try uninstalling and reinstalling the game first, and then the expansion.

Of that is great advice, right after he bought all of that software. Try it on a differant comp. Either the Us server is down or it is his computer.

Play via IP imo. Was always much more fun.

Actually, play on Asia. It's a nice chance to learn another language. Everyone is better in Korea anyway.

Lol, I used to play on Europe. There are some hardcore foreign gamers, you could learn a lot. It is a fun alternative to US.

Go to a RUS channel in Europe ~~

You'll see MOST if not all are HC players... Russian ppl are just so 1337 gamers ~~

Hmmm...it's not just the Russians that are good gamers. I know a lot of people in London, Germany, and Poland that are hardcore.
