hell o yeah another friend found a vex out of the stash near the countess and some one else found a ist off of countess but that was once lol its like u have toooooo be lucky

Vex can actually easily get you a hoto, only good rune in the damn thing lol

But Vex is needed for hoto...
lets not say the easy to get rune...Ko and vex both decent runes...
Ko+Vex+4 sockted good weapon=Vex??
