Anyways, most the population falls somewhere in between. For instance, I believe in a supporting a strong military and supporting government functions (police, transportation dept's etc) but I am also pro-choice, and I'd like to see stem-cell reasearch government-backed. I am pro-industry (over enviromental restrictions) and I am pro-union. I'm not a hard-boiled athiest or anything but it drives me insane when I hear poloticians spew religious rhetoric. I also cant stand it when canidates campaign and talk in that same carefully worded canter that suggests change but never actually makes promise ("We'll work on eliminating polotical corruption through government based operations blah blah blah..")

Well, somebody can serve as president as many years as they want, they just need to be VP and then the Pres has to Resign, die, be impeached, or become in a vegetated state. If this happens in < 2 years til the end of the term then it doesn't count as a term for the VP, so in theory he can become pres as many times as he wants, but I'm sure if they start to see a strange coincidence that shortly after 2 years into the term the Pres loses his presidency every time with that specific VP they would question him and if the couldn't convict him of some sort of fraud they would amend the constitution.

I haven't seen the commercial. As a Republican I can say with confidence he is going to go down as the worst President of all time. He is so inept, he didn't hold a job till he was 43 all he is a party guy with the right last name. He singlehandedly set back America 15-20 years on foreign and domestic policy. I agree with Afghanistan, but Iraq is a present day Vietnam and all it is doing is breeding new terrorists. Wait 5-10 years and look back at this post after we have had another 9/11. What people forget is that we funded Bin Laden in the 80's during the Cold War.

People need to keep in mind that Clinton also was president during the .com days, where the economy was amazing, it wasn't really him that made it what it was.
Our Right Wing is falling apart, yet the Democrats aren't getting their shit together to take action, they are letting the best turn of events ever into just a memory. Besides, everyone knows Nader will win in '08.
