SIGN UPS CLOSE AT 3:00 EASTERN i am hosting a useast/sc/l duel tourney and see who is the strongest in bzs. i will use the same rules as blood when he had his tourney
Edit:Also i can set up a reward...we can all donate 1 hr in and leave them with a staff member and whoever wins the tournament can have all the hrs that people donated
1. No flaming/taunting. We're all friends and want to have a good time.
2. No town-guarding, naked killing, or any other kind of bad manners.
3. Mana pots are allowed, but health and rejuvs are not.
5. You may not switch gear between duels. Meaning you cannot stack up resists and absorbs for a certain character. You may start with any resists and absorb you want, but cannot change between duels.
6. All duels will be held in Hell Act1 Blood Moor and must be officiated by myself or a volunteer staff memeber of this site.
7. No running away to town. You may "strategically retreat" as long as you stay in the Blood Moor.
8. All duels will be best two out of three.
9. To start the duel, both parties must say they are ready and then the ref will say GO.
10. If someone lags really bad and you kill them, you may offer a rematch if you wish. But you are under no obligation to do so.
11. NO HACKS OF ANY KIND. You may not use maphack, autoaim, farcast, or anything else. LEGIT DUELS ONLY.
12. If a match isn't going anywhere, the ref may declare it a draw and you will be able to heal and get ready again. If a match is declared a draw, you must still win best out of three games. If it takes more than 3 games to get a winner, so be it. Couple examples: 2 games declared draw, person A wins third game, person A is the winner. A wins duel one, duel two is a draw, and person B wins duel three there woudl be a fourth duel to declare the winner.

i agree with ure rules perdurabo but there are a few i dont agree with: bo is allowed. all duels are in hell. and i dont really understand #9 about full inv and precast is allowed but no slow missles bone prison and life tap are allowed ES sorcs can drink mana #17 about windy VS. foh windy can use whatever summons he wants no auradins allowed either

#2: No antidote or health potions.

#6: 1 char per person (you don't have to follow this rule, but I suggest that you do, otherwise you can end up with odd ladder rankings and challenges).
#7: Clear Moor of monsters before duel starts.
#8: Duel starts when both players say go.
#9: inventory must be full. If there are any spaces, they will have to be filled with TP tomes/scrolls (no ID scrolls).I didnt understand this one how come?
#10: If someone asks to see your gear, you have to show all 40 items in inv and then the gear that you are using. why?

#13: Max slow is 10% (Arach). Cleglaw's are not allowed.

#18: Max resi allowed is 85% and no absorb (however Thundergod is allowed). Or you can choose 1 absorb item instead of max resi. For example, vs. Fire sorc, you can use Infernostrides or Dwarf, but not both. Hotspurs are not allowed.

#20: Before duel starts, %chance skills are not allowed to be active, i.e. Fade from Treachery, Venom from Grief, Frozen Armor from Forti. If they are activated during the duel, it's allowed.
