I was wondering if Open wounds + Poison barb would be good for BVB with this setup:
-ETH Up'd Arreats
-Angelic Rings/Ammy for AR
-Fort Cuz its Cool
-OW Crafted Belt
-Gores for 10% OW
-Draculs for 25% OW
-Beastz for Great AR + OW
-Ber'd Stormshield
Charms :
-175/15's+, Anni, torch, Few warcry/mastery?
...If not any of other suggestions?

I don't think that it would work, because Beast has such low damage. You cannot use Grief, because the Venom on it overrides poison dam from scs (well, depends on which one does more damage).
For BvB, no WC GCs, only Masteries.

anyway, since im OW i wouldn't need much Dmg right? Therefore wouldn't Beastz still be good + adding lvl 9 fant?
EDIT : What would be a better setup then? I've been looking around and only see noob setups that are cheap/bad for BVB or strictly BVC guides.

open wounds dmg isnt a set constant.
its a calculated variable and depends on the dmg u do to ur oponent
and i dont think fury is that much of a good alternative, its not like it does much more than a beast
use grief and screw psn dmg, its too slow and in hell if someone has 75% resist it hardly does anything..
so if u have a 10% belt u have 45% ow, which is sufficient, and the dmg of grief which is huge.. so voila!
also use ar/dmg charms, since u want to be able to hit for a final blow to kill =/ its not like u can mindblast

Grief BA/Fury BA
Forti (base depends on what you want to go for. If you are making a BvB with high STR, go for Sacred, otherwise go for what the requirements let you. Remember that you will need 156 STR for Storm and that gives you extra +30, so you have quite a lot to play with)
Storm Eld
Dracul's
Verdungo
Gores (upped perf <3)
Angelic Duo
Inv = Masteries skillers +4x life (they are relatively cheap)
Torch
Anni
SC with fire damage
enough 5%/5@ SCs until you reach your breakpoint (48% or 86%, I don't know which one to aim for, ask Loits)
rest are life +resi/def SCs (once again, let Loits confirm this one).
Imo this is the most solid, albeit boring way of building a BvB.

Fury is a very popular alternative amongst OW BvBs.
BvBs don't use maxdam/life/ar SCs (or GCs).

With OW, You have to have some kind of damage, any damage/Strg enigma barb will tear you up, and you wouldn't stand a chance.
The best 2 setups out there are.
Helm: Eth Arreats
Armor: Enigma
Weapon: Ebotdz
Shield: SS
Gloves: Dracs
Belt: dungos
Ammy/Rings: Angelics Combo
20//?? Anni
20/?? Btorch
37x 32020's
Stats:
Strg: 350+
Dex: 200 for max block
Vita: 200+
Energy: Base
This barb is probably 1 of the best out there, you crush just about any BVB out there. You will do more than 1k damage a hit.

Mastery gcs are better than 322s but on a poison barb i guess you could have 4-5 100+ar/40+life gcs and the rest poison ones. If i made a bvb i'd have a hard time choosing between botd, grief and fury because they are all good but in different aspects. Botd gives you about 900 extra life and decent damage, grief has the damage and deadly strike and fury has the ow and ar.

Ok, So considering I want a OW BVB build...I should go with Fury, Open Wounds Belt, Dracs, Eth Up'd Arreats, Angelic Combo, Gores, Stormshield, and Fort?
Charms : Anni, Torch, Masteries, and then 3/20/20's or Psn Sc?

Frater.... i have tested all thsoe weapons.
Ebotd is just as good as if not better, than greif... you only look at the damage side of things. the best bvbs on Useast NL ALL use ebotdz.
That strg build? thats the #1 Bvb on useast nl build, ive tryed mastery gcs, and they don't even compare to 32020's, on a strg build. You only use Mastery Gcs if u need more Def, and more ar.
Frater ive tried every bvb weapon and it goes like this EbotD=EDC>Grief>Fury>Beastz>Doom.
And if u doubt this frater? ive dueled most of the Good Grief weilding BVBS out there, and ive won all my duels agisant them and im using EbotdcB?
Frater a good Ebotd will have 30 more attributes than any Grief barb, and not that much less damage.
A fury barb needs 8 secs do his max damage. The strg build will blow though a Fury barb any day. Seeing as how they are over aggressive.
So how do u figgure Grief>Fury>Ebotd??
When clearly Ebotd> or = to Grief, and a fury barb will lose to an ebotd barb any day.
On that build no OW belt, use dungos.
Fury- 66% Ow
Gores- 10% Ow
Dracs-25% Ow
thats 101% all together...
Only use the mastery GCS if you need more Def. I would suggest using evalor or ecaras if you need more def, if not Fort ftw!
If you fight any Aggresive BVB, an ex. is the strg barb i just listed. Hes probably gonna wipe the floor with you, seeing as how you want have all 200 Frames/8 secs for the OW to set in, and you do about 200 Damage, while he does about 500+.
Go with the 32020's as the scs, 10x posion scs don't do much.

Seems like you are trying to critisize a build i have yet to even make..damn i haven't even gotten all the shit together yet and who knows if i will even make? I'm just looking for better options. I last had a Ebotdz bvb build and really it sucked, and I've also had a Grief BVB build which was decent.

Lol, well i just had a friend make a OW barb, in a week he gave up wtih it.
Hes now make the strg build i just listed.

WHY GRIEF IS BETTER

The +dmg is added to the weapons min- and max-dmg (+dmg is bugged and doesn't show up in your character screen, but the damage is there). This means that the worst possible grief ba has better avg dmg than a 415 ebotd zerker. Here is the numbers:
415 eBotd BA: 185-548 dmg -> 367 avg
+340 dmg Grief BA: 364-411 dmg -> 388 avg
+400 dmg Grief BA: 424-471 dmg -> 448 avg
To further humiliate Botd Grief also has 20% deadly strike (i.e ~15% effective increased damage) as well as a level 15 venom that applies to BOTH weapons when dualwielding. All in all, a perfect Grief BA is OVER 40% BETTER than a 415 eBotd BA.

If your going strg build it saves you 30 points that u can sink to strg.
Like i said to frater! you only look at the damage side of things! I can own 415 EBOTDZ barbs with my 415 EBOTDCB barb.... you need to rethink what you are saying....
