You got a good point about the enigma with a lot of fastest cast rate. But What item should the ww sin wear that gives fcr. his glove alot gives 25%. hes weapom has been occupied with 2 claws.
But isn't dragon flight combo with ww also a combo?

What he mean by that was when u ww. The speed of the ww depends on the run and walk speed. Let say if u got hit by claw golem and uder the curse decrify. Ur ww will be be very slow because of ur runnign/walk speed is very slow. But if u ww through a charcter it's going to take longer to pass through the cahrcter. But that charcer going to recievie more hits because the ww is on that chacter longer before it pass rigth through. Therefore, It's better.
You need attack ratting because the more atackratting u have, the better chance for ur ww to hit ur opponent. High attackratting is expecially good for fighting people with high defence like pally with 43k defence. That maximum chances of hitting a target u can get is 95%. But i dotn' think you really need that much attacking ratting when u fight casters.
When u dule, you should really replace those rmanal rings with other rings.
