Me and my freinds play TCP/IP games. So i really want to do uber diablo with them. Is it possible to do uber diablo in IP games?

No, to my knowledge, uber diablo is a realm only even't, and since TCP/IP is like single player, but with you or your freinds hosting each other, and as far as i know theres no uber diablo on single player. So i would say no. But you could always just hero edit a couple sojs and sell em and see what could happen right?

Google Only the host has to have it installed for diablo to spawn but if you want to take advantage of other enhancements like infinite stash space then the clients have to have the mod installed aswell.

look in the downloads section. and if you play with your friends all your friends must have plugY or it won't work.
