What are you talking about? It's evident that you don't know very much about how our governing system works.

Take away the legislature, the Judicial system, and whatever you mean by administrative, and yes America would live on in the way that a chicken's body lives on with it's head cut off.

If you are talking about the three law-making bodies of the U.S., that would entail the House of Representatives, Congress, and our President. If you are talking about our Judicial system, there is the Supreme Court, the Circuit Courts, District Court, etc etc. I won't pretend to know the details on how each function, but I sure as hell know a lot more than you.

All democracys suffer from the same problems i just think there are to many circles/loopholes in democracy for promises to be fulfilled.

Democracy will probably never be close to perfect in our lifetime or maybe not ever.

Take away the Judicial branch and we no longer have the means to enforce enforce laws. Take away the Legislative branch and we no longer have a way to induce new laws. Take away the Executive branch, and we have lost our symbolic figurehead, leader, representative, and nation decision maker. Where would anarchy put us?

heck no soceity can ever be perfect, unless you eliminate everyone's problems. that would include race, color, education, financial background, and everything else i forgot to include. that of course is the equivalent of coloning everyone to thing exactly alike, to have no differences and be muturaly happy with what they have. examples in literature include brave new world, the giver, and alot of others that i dont know.
the huge problem with this is that humans will never think the same. we always want more, want to be better, and lots of other things that contribute to our human nature.

in theory, a communist society where everyone supports each other and a mutual understanding of what needs to be done would be the absolute best type of government. but then there are poeple who would tale advantage of that situation and ya...

Democracy would work if people used it in its intended fashion. Instead you just got a bunch of politicians trying to pass laws that will benefit them under the radar, and appear to have a beneficial affect for the public.
