obviously youve never duped before. unsocketed white items all have different tags, therefore, are all perm. ask a duper before you ****in talk.
upping an item does NOT make it perm, the id tag isn't changed, again, ask any duper (chetd2, enzo, any big dupers like them) and they'll tell you the same thing.

There i no point in arguing whether duped and upped runes are perm because they are 100% perm, I dupe myself and always cube to make permed ones.

ask any recognized duper if you upp an item, does it turn perm? 100% chance he'll say no. dupe a rare weap 5x, upp each one after you dupe it, and s/e. watch em poof

Trade on d2jsp, its the only advise i could give you that would suit you. If you were to trade for a duped item at least you would have someone to blame it on. Otherwise this thread is going absolutely no where so ~Closed~
