Don't need laptops or wireless...need routers cables big tables...and everyone with their own PC...plus a reasonably sized room...and you got a LAN party...we had one a while back with 8 people staying all night for 3 days...not at my house I was there for one night and went home in the morning...but it was a lot of fun and only one person had a lap top...

console is better there is no questtion... like sure PC is better if ur a bit of a sad case and like sitting infront of a computer all day

Well consoles are fine if you're a bit of a sad case and like sitting in front of a TV all day...
Who said that everyone who plays PC games sits in front of the computer all day? I say this to yet another...please do me a favor and stop breathing...

I like console for the better graphics and better features but the computer gets loads of mods for the same game so they're equal to me

1. PC actually has better graphics...just depends on what card you have...with the new G-Force or Radeon the graphics are much better on PC...

there is no question wheather PC graphics are better than console, has ne 1 seen far cry or unreal tournameant 2004?

Here the break down and thety are my opinions:
Gamecube:
-Kiddie games for the most part
-has best controller out there
-compact console
-no internet capability turns older players off
Ps2:
-Internet capability
-with internet capability u can download for example new rosters for a sports game(ex. MVP baseball 2004
- "ok" controller
-Xbox has kindve the same games but ps2 games are more original
-plays music/dvd
Xbox:
-good games
-must pay for internet option but better than nothing
-feel sorry for people with the normal Xbox controller cause its so FRIGGIN BIG AND SO MANY BUTTONS IT WINS THE AWARD: WORST CONTROLELR EVER
-plays music/dvd
PC:
-better graphics than console
-more options such as hacking multitasking(surfing internet meanwhile playing game or doing ur hmwrk) more simple controlls and listening to music meanwhile playing.
-takes longer time to boot up
-more errors
-costs alot of money for good one
-may(for people with old computers) run out of hard drive space
-better games and most of the ones on ps2 and XBox originate from computer i.e counterstrike
SIDE NOTE: i own a GCN and PC and this is just my opinion. JUst remeber PC lag but so do some console games built inproperly example: NHL HITZ 20-03.

there are RARE examples of gud games on consoles but most gud games are on PC but its a pity that PC hasn't got THUG yet (Damn sony!)

Why do ppl keep saying the graphics are better on console -_-*?? Sure the errors are hated in windoze but id pay that price for the phenomenal graphics and the keyboard/mouse pwnz controllers.:eek:
