What game should I get ?

As far as suggestions go. I would say that you should play Neverwinter 2 that game is pretty awsome, and it will give you many hours of gameplay. I enjoy it very much. This is comming from a person who doesn't really like computer games too!

As far as my explaination to him all I meant was I have never even played D2...that was all ^^

Stands for Defence of the Ancients. I never got into it much myself but it was a largely popular custom map for WC3. Rpg style, teams of 2 made up of 4 have to level up on mobs and ultimately destroy the enemy base, pretty fun, but like all popular things, there's too many elitists, so it ruins the game.

When I started playing DotA, I started in a private IRC community and the level there was a lot higher than your usual BNET games so I got pretty decent rather quickly, however, nowadays I cannot really be bothered any more, but still occasionally log on to slaughter some noobs on BNET.
