Help With FARCAST Please

mkay i got farcast for my cs zon but i cant seem to get it working. i did everything right i think well heres the instructions for it, pretty easy but no wont work lol did all but 4 obviously, any help would be greatly appreciated thanks all

TO INSTALL:
DID!---1) Copy the contents of 'data' folder to your Diablo II folder.

DID!---2) Right click the shortcut you use to play D2 with. Click properties.

DID!---3) In the Target box add "-direct -txt" after the file path. ex."C:\Program Files\Diablo II\Diablo II.exe" -direct -txt


Cant Do ---4) To "farcast" a target, hold shift and click on them with either charged strike OR lightning strike. These are the only two skills which can be farcasted. Farcasting targets through walls is possible if you use NightLight or maphack to give full light radius.

are u using d2loader? i dont think it works unless u are using it.

nope i dont use d2loader, do i need to for this? and can anyone verify this.

(great i finnaly get my cs zon to lvl 93 take her to her first duel and boom ownd)

Of course u need d2loader, thats the onli way of using data mods.

and then try it and tell us if it works.

mkay i downloaded d2loader but err ok i suck at comps straight up lol.
so my problems going from farcast to d2loader lol it says copy the .exe into the d2 directory so i copy file into diablo 2 folder cause i cant find a directory, and i then i click on the d2loader in the d2file and get " The Application Failed To Initialize Because STORM.DLL was not found"

ok so heres what im doing with d2loader
1.downloaded d2 loader
2. extracted files to the default d2loader file
3. copyd the d2 logo into the diablo 2 file
4.clicked the diablo logo for d2loader and got the STORM.DLL error

i also did another way too, i did all as i listed except extracted it to the diablo 2 file, didint do much else

help please i suck at comps and rly want that farcast to work lol

*UPDATE* did what the d2loader guide said to do, changed folder names and such, still getting STORM.DLL was not found any help please?

umm lol did you make your own folder called Diablo 2 roflmao you need to put it in the actual D2 Directory which can be accessed by doing the following:

Start > My Computer > Hard Drive (C > Program Files > Diablo II

dude:
directory = folder
xD so u get d2loader, put it in ur d2 folder
Find a file in ur d2 folder called "diablo II.exe"
rename it to anything u want
then rename the d2loader file to "diablo II.exe"
then run d2 by double clicking on it, or by double clicking on a shortcut to d2

now that uve done that..
check if u have storm.dll in ur d2 folder..

now if u tell me u dont know where ur d2 folder is, im sorry but ur far too stupid to handle a computer in that case, give up now. just... take ur computer, throw it out the window (the irony of throwing "windows" out of a window...)
