I've seen them chaos and they work faster/more efficantly than most the HDins I've seen. I've looked around the amazon section and cant find much that helps. If anyone has a build they use or have used that would be cool. I mainly only need to know what skills and stats to use.
Im guessing gear would be something like:
120/45 helm(i have pgaze w/ 40/15 in it, woudl that work?)
Faith Bow
Fortitude
Gore Rider?
Cats Eye(or crafted)
Rare or Crafted gloves with +2bow and 20ias
Nosferatu's Coil or Dungo's?
Then faven frost rings?

Yes that is pretty much correct. Use ravens and nos if you use GM Faith because you need the ias. I had a bowzon built for dueling but i chaosed with her. Her skills were:
GA (only max cuz of dueling you may not want to)
Strafe-max
Multi-enough to get a good amount of arrows (max if you want i guess :\)
Some into valk (one if you have passive skillers)
and the rest into passive magic skills like Penetrate and whatnot.
If anyone has better ideas or see's something wrong with my information then please say something because I'v never realy made a pure chaosing zon lol. Hope I could help at least a little.

etitans and whitsans on switch or w/e shield that helps you block actually scratch that didnt notice chaosing well cta and spirit i guess and you can throw in a raven spiral if your into dupes and yes go for nosferatu and gores arent there +3 bow 20 ias gloves?

My zon wears Cleglaw's golves for chaos runs. I know they are not godly, however the knockback and slow target(mainly the knockback) will save your ass and those you are chaosing as well. Unless there is huge lag nothing really kills her in chaos. She can even get in the middle and tank the venom lords on the right side seals due to the knockback and life leech.
Almost forgot, the eth titans are a good idea too. Lite fury helps clear out the things that are immune to phys that magic arrow just won't seem to kill.

If this is for Chaosing ONLY, then Glass Cannon is the way to go. I'm not an expert on Bowzons, but I wouldn't recommend putting more than 1 point into the Dodge skills. Decoy is fine, but Valkyre also deals damage, so it's your choice. As if for skills, choose Strafe or Multiple Shot (I think that the latter is more viable), but there is no point maxing it. Put something like 10 solid points into Multiple Shot (max Strafe if you go for that skill). Rest of the points I would throw into Lightning Fury + synergies. eTitans on switch of with JMOD or Storm. Whenever you get into trouble switch to eTitans for block and FRW%. Gear is pretty much as people already mentioned, but aim for extra damage (hence pick your charms accordingly. I would go for maxdam/ar/life GCs).
Don't forget to calculate your breakpoints so that you can see exactly what gear you need.
