Bam my friend told me to just click on it till that pops up... and he said if i join a game every kill i get a p gem will drop...
iono i never tested this but i did get that msg * i couldnt join Fail to join * i think you gotta join game right away but its just a theory and this picture is for real by the way

L4E is right. Invisible, that thing is very old, as is the message: "Perfect Gem Activated". Additionally, when Blizzard first implemented the Cow Level and no-one was aware of how to get there, they put in a little reference, so if you clicked the Gem enough times it woudl say: "Moo, moo", or something like that.

There is nothing new here, just same old rumors.

I have been clicking on the chat gem for about 6 years. Not exactly every time I played but fairly often and I think it should be thought of as a god like figure. To worship it you must simply click on it. A few months ago I waited a bit longer than I should have to click on it and what happened??? (MASS BAN) Yup all my fault.

On a more serious note I have wondered what the gem does for a very long time and will probally never know. Thats what makes it immortal. The unkown has always been intriguing but the moment it becomes common knowledge it loses all interest. So I say let it remain a mystery and keep it alive. If you must give it a purpose other than boggling the mind then say it causes the cows in a1 to fart when no 1 is looking or what ever you may so desire.
