If it is your objective to help this be a better site,then inflamitory remarks is not the avenue to explore.I would suggest logic and reason as an alternative method.

I did not say I didn't care about the site, I said I was tired of all the high school drama that seems to cling to it. And no, this isn't a temper tantrum, I don't why you keep considering these to be fits where I kick my feet and scream how I want everything my way now. I just don't think our members should ever be "scared" to come to a mod about something that obvioulsy isn't being handled properly. No one dares speak out anymore. Things have gotton so strict, that the posts seem to go bland and most posts are just remark and opinion swaps between about 2-3 people. Lets focus here, I said this wasn't about me, this is about the site.

If I didn't care about the site, I wouldn't come and waste my time trying to help new members, help with the GFX section, and help out basicly in any area. But, the fact that I do come and type these paragraphs should say something about my feelings towards the site. It is not that I do not like the site, the members, or the staff for that matter, more, it is that I dissagree with the limitations put on members now. If we make a thread that a certain staff member doesn't particulary care for, it gets closed with a little note saying "This is stupid. ~closed". Why can't the members decide what is stupid and what is interesting. Have you forgoten what it is like to be just a regular user? We have another admin due to Luke being busy and yet the vbplaza hasn't been fixed, skins have been a topic for about a year now, chat doesn't work, ect.

I do recognize the accomplishments, the image resize is a great addition. I have to get back to class now, so I guess I'll check up later.

I don't see why you care so much? How long were you even banned for? The only time that I remember getting banned was for something that in my eyes was very unfair, yet I just sat my time out and didn't mention it to anybody. It's an internet forum. I remember you posting a picture of yourself a while ago and you seemed older than 15. Am I mistaken?

What exactly are you looking for? Do you want some mod to admit that they were in the wrong when they banned you? Or give a reason for your banning? Not many get Temp banned around here. The chat works for me, idk what you say is wrong with it. As for closing threads, not that many are closed, it's just ones that occasionally get closed here and there that start the drama on the site.
Also, I have no responsibilities to uphold on MSN, everyone is free game, there's no set way I have to speak to you.

You wanted to spread the word and get people to gang up on the Mods. Why waste your time? Indeed I did talk about it, whilst listening to your ranting about the drama yourself and how you were dragged into SM, a position you didn't want, and really didn't have to accept. Truthfully, this thread did start out about me, and the still lack of logical and justified reason I was banned. Also, quite truthfully, I used that ban, and the reason stated, as an example (call if proof if you wish) that things are getting out of control and mods don't seem to follow the rules. It is about me, but it is also about, and for the rest of the non-staff members of this site that don't have the privilage of saying and doing whatever they want just because they aren't staff. Do the rules no longer apply to staff? Are staff based decisions no longer made based on the guidlined rules?

I can not be held responsible for even half of the "drama" on this site, lack of clarified rules and the lack of following the vague ones we have, by staff and members can. And, it seems that only a select few have decided to stand up and voice their opinions. Under threat of or acctual following through with bans and warnings, many of them have been quelled. Yet, the problems are still present, and quite obvious. You can call me a spammer, immature, an asshole, it matters little to me, but what do matter to me, are my opinions and views. Are we no longer allowed to state our opinions here? Seems that everytime someone tries, they are called a spammer, warned, banned, ect. Who dares speak out against the abuse? I for one, am a person who dares.

I am requesting that this be moved to the spam arena. For one, it seems to be considered spam, so it is appropriate. Also, I wouldn't want people think that I am out for a post count. And, maybe there, where there is still some semblence of freedom of speach, other members will post their opinions.
