Yeah they can't take a punch... but with their big crossbow thing (can't think of the name) and the Tiranoc Chariot they rock. Their White Lion Axemen were my favourite. LOL wow It's been a while since I've talked about this, brings back happy memories.

Best game I ever had was during a 3 way all v all battle. My elves were massacred by this guys Orcs. I had pulled everything I had back, and held off the entire orc hoard with just one regiment of White Lions in a causeway, for five or six turns.

The other guy was Undead... damn they were mean. All skeleton army pretty much. He had Nagash as his general, who was in a fight with the Orc general. Nagash won, but with only 1hp left. My giant crossbow thing (I still can't think of it's name) took the shot and killed him, reducing his entire army to dust. I didn't win, but it was a fun game.

Actually that reminds me, recently i played against the damn vampire counts (the undead have been split into two now, vampire counts and tomb kings of khemri) and he had one unit left, and he kept ressurecting skeletons, i had 3 units fighting his bloody skeletons. But no antimagic, bastard.

Yeah not as much, but the new models kick arse, they are mean looking, and large, the basic orc foot troops are like 3 time larger then a man. And for some reason they still cant split a human apart with one swing.

I keep thinking maybe I'll get my Elves out of the display case in my loft, and put them into battle one more time. But it's just the time and energy you need to put into it. I'm such a perfectionist, in that I won't use a model unless it is painted, so for me to start again would take an immense ammount of time.

Heh, ive never had problems with that, Most of my old army wasn't painted, but it doesn't matter now, i gave all my old models away and planning to make an army completely from new models, Give it a much darker evil feel to it rather then the bright red ones i had before. Only problem is its so damn expensive.

Although good thing is the new rules are much better. Gives me more incentive to pillage some villages.

Yeah, just after they released the new edition, I started to get really into it. I REALLY want to get back into it, but I don't think I can. Tis a shame, had some fun times.

Tis called Warhammer. It's a tabletop wargame, where you pick your army from whatever models you have, to an agreed ammount of 'points'. For example a regiment of 20 goblins would cost 200pts or something, and you'd have a limit of 1000.

It's very addictive, and very detailed.
