The most recent runewords have been, for the most part, rather pointless. However, they could be a blessing in diguise. Having a Rain, Peace, Bone and Treachery in the stash could prove to be very useful. Put on Bone, get hit until you get bone armor. Put on Rain, lather rinse repeat etc etc etc. Basically now you have, res, physical absorb, elemental absorb, a Valkrye to do your biding and poison damage added to your attack.
Just a few things I am trying to figure out, as of now I cannot acess d2 so I can't test it out, I just want to know if you can have cyclone armor and bone armor on at the same time. The only problem to me besides the previously addressed statement sounds like space.
Anything anyone would like to add?

Don't get too excited. I'm not sure whether Bone Armor and Cyclone stack, but it won't make a difference because both skills are next to useless without their full synergies.
The only one out of the new armors that is remotely useful to a rich player is Treachery for uber tristing, or for BM newbs in pubs.

Sounds about right, however a little magic absorb couldn't hurt, and Treachery isn't for rich tristers, more the opposite. People who can't afford a LW use treachery to make up for it.

And why is that? 60-70 CB, fade, and life tap. Sounds like the best uber trist weapon to me.

You can get all of those mods without using LW and still have awesome damage with Grief, i.e. Dracul's for Life Tap, Fade isn't even necessary, just use Kira Ort if you have trouble with Mephisto, otherwise you should have Guillaume.
I guess that this comes down to personal preference, but I prefer Grief over anything for a Smiter.

Actually, I have both a grief and a lw for my smiter, and lw ups the smite dmg by nearly 400. Granted, your ias suffers slightly, but you do more dmg. Also, IMO, ITD and -25% target defense do not work on the ubers, so grief isnt that good vs trist. Trust me, I kill ubers much faster with Lastwish thanks to CB. Consider the following:
If you have the necesary gear, your smiter should have 100% cb. Now, with 100% cb, your smiter will drop the uber's life by 1/10 BEFORE the damage is applied. I don't know what setup you use, but I do know that I can, and do, solo uber trist in under 1 minute.

I do beleive that LW and Gface is better than Grief and Kiras because 95-105 CB with just that is sooooo much better than the extra damage that grief adds. Plus, what maks up an uber smiter is his CB, life tap and res.
However, to each his own.

cb actually caps off at 80% i believe. so 100% on your gear is overkill, it'll always be 80%. take off something thats adds 20% cb then you can put something else better on.
i prefer LW myself.

You forget that the screen is bugged when using grief, so your damage with grief would be much higher than just x+400.
