In my opinion the best is Maya, but its 1500 dollars. If you wanna use a good prog for free I suggest Serif. If you wanna buy 1 try photoshop.

If anyone EVER spends $1500 on Maya I will shoot them. Download it from eMule or Kazaa. The same for PSP, and Adobe PS.

Here you go. I went for Hello Kittey, because your a girl, and your blonde, and your cute. That was my entire thought process behind the whole thing. It didn't come out as well as I'd hoped, but I like it nonetheless.
