Lost Equipment due to lag

I'm sure someone has had to have had this happen to them before. During a leveling session I managed to snag a very nice piece of unique eq. Can't remember name, just that it started with a "T" and the Defense was something like 421 with physical and magical damage reduction. Needless to say, it was the best piece of eq I have collect in my measly 2 weeks of playing.

I had the eq long enough to chat with another player about it, tp back to town, repair it and sell old eq, and save/exit.

I was having lag problems, but figured that it shouldn't be a problem. After i left I got the typical "failed to join game" message for about 10 minutes. When I finally logged back on, I was missing the eq and had my old eq still.

Is there anyone at Blizzard I can talk to, or is just lost in to the void of the internet?

It happens to everyone. You're gonna just have to suck it up(don't take this to be offensive), that's what happens with a laggy server sometimes.

Nope, your shit outta luck dude. Blizzard won't recreate items for anybody.

Back on here? I've been trolling some of these threads for a while. You guys must have a real problem with ppl showing up asking a question, and never coming back....

Yeah, I know I don't take kindly to people who post once then leave... What is their point of registering if only to ask one question. At least stay somewhat active.
