This is a little better than the previous one, but still lacking in some aspects.

1) Defiance, waste of points. Even 1.
2) What's that passage on poison damage? Elemental and poison damage isn't added into Smite.
3) Silence. Why on earth would anyone ever use that? Any real smiter has full resis all the time anyway, even with Conviction.
4) You might as well remove the crappy choices for gear. This is a PvP guide, I got the impression, so remove Last Wish, Astreon's, Kingslayer, Shaftstop, etc.
5) You shouldn't really put more than 1 point into Charge.
6) Shadow Dancers? Some of the best choice of boots for a Smiter.
7) Main gloves should be rares 20%IAS +20 STR +15DEX +3x triple resi.
8) I don't like your choice of gear sets at all. Dracul's on any Smiter in any condition is BM. CoA Ber Ber should be the obvious choice vs. Barbs and Windys, etc. And so on and on and on.
9) Most of the dueling strategies are quite pointless. With those, you'll only be able to kill absolute rookies and nothing else.
10) Choice of charms isn't that good. Have enough 20/5s until Fire res is stacked by about 10-15, fill rest with 20/11 lite-cold. This way you will have max resi even with Conviction (v. FoH) or Cold Mastery.

Overall, nice effort, but clearly lacking. 5/10.

I dislike some of the gear choices. You might as well remove all but the best possible gear choices. There's no point in listing crap like shaftstop and so on. Anybody that is using a guide to create a character is doing so to make the character absolutely perfect, and therefore would not use those noob items.

Also, what is with the up'd eth hoz w/ber? Ber it, and watch your hoz break in about 5 minutes. lol.

37x 20/5's???? 20/5's are very commonly duped, first of all, and second of all very expensive. That much resists is not needed, especially if you use other resist gear. Go with frater's idea on the life scs.

You also need literally no dex to hit max block if you max HS. That is a pointless recommendation.

Your dueling strategies are very bad, and you will die to most experienced duelers. I very much disagree with using sorb items to win, also. If that's the only way you can win, go remake.

Also, exile and dracs are BM due to the lifetap. Leave them out of your guide.

1) the 1point in defience is mostly for the 1 point vigor which helps w/ desynching.
2) the psn i'm referring to is the venom dmg from grief that inturn helps charge. if you use any psn charms (which u shouldn't at all) they won't work w/ charge.
3) Just a sugestion if the person looking at this guide that isn't ladder and isn't rich.
4) the other gear choices are for anyone not interested in being cookie-cutter. the gear in the #1 spot is the gear that would most help them. sometime even the second would be better but i made this guide the way i felt best.
5) the points in charge are for anyone who wants to go higher than lvl 90-92 just a place to put extra points.

7) well as most of us know almost any gloves that goood will probably be duped. If you can get your hands on some legit ones then Grats.
8) I stated in the guide history that this guide would involve some bm items. Not to mention if you go into almost any pub duel game it will be BM any way.
9) The guide strat section is basicly for rookies at best. Just for anyone who plans on making a smiter but never used one.
10) I actualy just threw the charms section together cause i had almost no time left to change much :\

Most of the gear is based on my experence. The hoz is a typo i need to fix it :\
Didn't have much time therefore i needed to wrap it up quickly. :\ gonna do more work on it later tonight maybe.
well in the stat section i don't think i said "USE ALL STATS IN DEX" so idk wut u mean w/ the dex remark.

the guide is still up for any updating so plz don't treat it like its so messed up it can't be fixed. Thx for the critiquing.

Kazzer, I read what you had typed, and you were wrong. You said that you needed enough dex to obtain max block with HS on, and that's where you are wrong. With HS maxed, you should need no more dexterity to achieve max block than base dex. If you use Grief BA, then you should need no dex at all if you also use torch, anni, and select gear. So, your dex idea was completely wrong.

I based this guy on the possibility of going to lvl99 and didn't test the block with a lvl89-95 so the block was a little off.

As for the guide I am rewriting it after I test different build styles.

Would anyone mind if i included bugged items or is that against this sites rules?

Of course it's not against the rules. However, for best feedback involve alternatives for people who do not have such items on their realms (i.e. bugbelt is Europe NL only).

I do not think exile is BM at all as look at the char you are dueling mostly sorcs, traps or hammers. Why is it then in bad manner to regain life? They have the unfair advantage that they can tele, and cast from further away. anyway life tap only really works properly if you hit them 2-3 times.

I suggest using bugged tals with 40/15 jewel.

Also dont use a normal eth vortex instead find an UNSOCKETED one with good res. and socket it with cube. Its called bugged exile and gives around 16xx-17xx def. It gives you a big boost in overall def using holyshield.

It doesn't matter what you think. Exile is BM and that's the end of it. If you need Life Tap to beat people then it's got to do with your lack of skill.

Just out of curiosity why would a smiter have wizzy gloves? Yes I know they give res but you should already have solid res without them...

they give 50% fcr which paired with arach give a decent fcr bp for Tele smiting.

Exile is very BM... It has Freeze target on hit, Defience AURA, and also Chance to cast Life tap Which is BM in it self.
