okay its a bit complex but its a good build from what I have played so far so see for yourself how you like it.
My barbarian has a set sceduel for stats that is a bit complex but it seems o work pretty well. Not to mention that his abilities are good too.
Every level multiple of 10 put the following stats. +2 str, +1 dex, +2 Vit.
Every level multiple of 11 put the following stats. +1 str, +3 dex, +1 vit.
Any other level put the following stats. +3 str, +1 dex, +1 vit.
You want to have one point in the bash lines of specials. The means bash, stun, concentrate, and the other one I can't remember off the top of my head. You also want to specialize in one weapon and have some bonuses to you stamina, defense and resit boosts. That allows you to be a better combatant and do nough damage that you don't need to worry much on the creatures and in most pvp you might have a heads up.
The strength and vitality of the babarian ar the most important of the stats. But alas you do need your dexterity to be fairly high for accuracy, defense and certain equipment. The is why every 11th level I have a +3 to it. other wise it is a very minor stat. The vitality is made up when every 10th level comes around inwhich you get a +2 to it. I guess the main suggestion for this set up that I can give you is have good armor, life steal, and mana steal. Don't worry about the mana steal as much as you should the life steal and defense. The harder you are to hit the better but incase you get hit you need that life steal. In most cases your barbarian will require a sheild for extra protection.
I am only a lvl 19 and cut throw things quyikly but I take damage quickly too. So make sure you stay at the top of your game for equipment and stay stocked on potions. Have aas your right click one of your attacks but don't always rely on it because you must remember that you have a low amount of mp inwhich you counter the need for by damage so if you find yourself running into alot of creatures that require you to hit them multiple times there is two answers. Stay with those ceatures and level off of them or get better weapons. The more damage the better for this bruting blend. I don't suggest it but if you want go for a point in potion find some in leap and of course double swing for those of you who figuire you wont need the sheild and go on a dual-weilding rampage.
Hope these notes I made could help you. Well Peace.
