On November 13, 2005, Guerrero was found dead by his nephew Chavo, in his hotel room in Minneapolis, Minnesota, at the Marriott City Center Hotel. Eddie was 38 years old. Several hours later, WWE.com released the following announcement:
“ WWE is deeply saddened by the news that Eddie Guerrero has passed away. He was found dead this morning in his hotel room in Minneapolis. Eddie is survived by his wife Vickie and daughters Shaul, 14, Sherilyn, 9, and Kaylie Marie, 3. ” The same day, WWE held a press conference with a speech from his nephew Chavo, who spoke of Guerrero's four years of sobriety that would have come on November 15, 2005. Chavo adamantly defended his uncle, saying he had defeated his "personal demons." WWE Chairman Vince McMahon declined to speculate on the causes of Guerrero's death, and both men said that Guerrero would have "wanted the show to go on."

Pam, your not the only "old" member on here (8/17/71) I've been following wrestling since about 1980ish, seen good an bad guys come an go, but here's what really got me into it: Survivor Series(forget the #) Ted Dibiase Brings in a mystery wrestler for the 4 vs 4 match. That mystery guy was the Undertaker, now being a fan of the "Dark" parts of life, i was an instant fan of his, an have been ever since, even through his "american badass" days. I for one would like to see him win the Belt, one last time, cause i believe his time on WWE is soon up. Now out of all the things i've seen in wrestling over the years 2 things stand out in my memories:WcW Match, Goldberg vs The Big Show, Goldberg got the Big Show up in his Jackhammer slam an HELD HIM in the air for like 5-6 secs, beforing slamming him. For the guys who cry "Fake" How do you fake holding a 500 lb man upside down in the air? Second: WWE Smackdown match, John Cena vs The Big Show, Cena held the Big Show across his shoulders for about 10 secs, before doing his trademark slam. Worst wrestling moments: ANYTHING involving Boink the clownrolleyes:

lol, I've been watching WWE(F) since the early days as well , and yes i remember Doink the clown.. But anyways I do agree, he deserves his 5th title regin.. then retire.. And if he loses at WM this year, its gunna piss me off.. You got a someone in batista who isnt involved with the WWE as well as taker is.. thats such a disapointment..

sting is in TNA. WWE wouldnt sign him a contract so he joined TNA with all the other rejects of wrestling. and yes im sayin kurt angle is a reject. he was a baby when he first joined, got ****y after he won king of the ring, then givin everything he wanted....

but anywayz who yall think gonna win at wrestlemania. i honestly think cena gonna win his match but lose his belt at the next ppv and taker beating batista

Well, the way WWE is putting right now, with Batista's attitude backstage.. he might be losing the title. And many fans are pulling against Batista to win the title back anyways. Kurt isnt a reject, hes a sellout.. Sting wasnt//was ever any good to begin with. And yes all TNA is OLD School ECW with a mix of WCW type wrestling matches. Its really fast paced and really not that great. And one of the commentators sounds like hes on freaking speed.

I've seen him Wrestling with the WCW / NWO saga, still he never impressed me.. Kevin Nash on the other hand thats what made the NwO huge..

And currently since Stings in TNA, he's just even more garbage cuz TNA sucks.

Yeah Angle sucked he only held EVERY major title in the WWE at least once.

I used to watch wrestling back in the Old school ECW days, actually, I've been trying to keep watching this "New Ecw" just to see how much Vince ****ed it up, I was @ the August 2nd show, right on tv, (where the baricades were), alot of people let Vince know how much he ****ed it up, alot of people were thrown out at the pre-show. It's a waste of money this WM23, even if you like to watch Wrestling just as regular ****-around entertainment, but this one, it just looks overall pathetic, I mean wtf, some of these matches look like a joke, ECW originals are most likely going to lose, since Vince wants them to have no fame whatsoever. ( Had to get that out, sorry if i got off topic).mad:

Good old wrestling... I can still remember the days when Saturday mornings meant watching Hulk Hogan, Rowdy Rowdy Piper and the rest of the wrestlers of the then WWF fight it out... many hours wasted back then watching.

But now wrestling like everyone has stated... is just to predictable. Although I do watch it on and off just to pass the time and I find some of the new stars are really entertaining when they get on the mic.

But as to the Hair vs Hair match... I figure Umaga will lose and Vince will find some way to cheat and keep his hair... probably will make someone else get therehair cut instead of himself.
