dupe help

I have 2 friends. 1 with a sorc and one with a necro. does one of us need to have 2 cdkeys so we can have 2 d2 windows up or not? Beucase i heard u have to have the character duping in a diff game while hes duping. It wont let me join a game on the same char with my friend in a game. can someone explain on what to do. thx alot

Not exactly sure what your asking, but ill try to figure it out. Your saying that you have 3 people (2friends + you) with a d2 screens each correct? If so then you have 3 d2 windows and then no one needs a extra cd key set. Just do the dupe method with a necro and a sorc in one game and when the game is desynched then you join another game with either the necro or sorc and then go on from there.

ok so they do the dupe while i stay in the game? then they leave once its laggeed out and join a diff game?

No..you wait for the game with the necro and sorc to desynch first then you join a game with one of the chars in another game so there are two necros or two sorcs in 2 different d2 windows. If you mean lag out=desynch game then no they dont leave after they desynch the game. Your friends go back in town, go to a5 and then back to a1 to reduce the lag so you dont ci. Well after that the items on the char you wanna dupe with has to unload the items to the other person. Finally you temp perm and you should be done.

bro i did. dont get pissed cause im confused lol. ppl tell me that the char duping has to have someone else on his acc on the same char in a diff game. well u cant do that. bnet dosent let u

...like i said read the guide. The point of duping is so that you desynch your game from bnet so you can log onto a char in the desynch game so that you have two chars with items on it.

By the way, im new on the comunity since this very moment, but it semms, that Blizz Patched this dupe method yesterday morning around 6'o clock, i'm trying to find a new method, but its not that easy, i got good results with druid and necro, but im still workin on it, nothing worked yet since friday 6am !! and that sucks !!

yup only private dupes methods work, such as programs and what not which they will not release.. im REALLY sad this is patched lol
