Help retrieving a CD KEY

Hello, I'm in need of some help.. I spent about an hour or so looking for a working cd key finder for Diablo LoD 1.11b, onlyer's is too old and it wont display (only crashes). To clarify, I lost my case with the key on it, but the game is installed (with an active cd key) and I want to get it so I can write it down in case I have to format. Does anyone know how to retrieve the key, or know of a utility that will do it for me? Any help is welcome, thanks! Cheers
