I've been out of the D2 scene for at least a year, now. Seems the ladder reset, and the lag is gone, so I thought it might be a good time to start up a casual character.

I'm a little confused by all this new stuff.

Is XPick the ONLY pickit?
What maphacks are detectable?

What the hell is RA 3.3? Detectable?
How's the chicken?

Lastly, why are so many of you dupers, now!? When I was here, people thought duping was rather scammy, and stupid. There's a difference between saving time and ruining the game.

Stings isnt detectable if you don't use the plug-in.

Chicken is auto-it, it's un-detectable.

Not sure about the pickit.

People say Sting's is "un-detectable" if you dont use the plugin, kinda like some hacks/bots in the past that were used and people thought they were undetectable until a bunch of people got banned. I dont trust it myself, thats why I dont use hacks.

RA is "Rhins Assistant" It has breakpoint mods, I think it has auto-aim, and some other garbage. I dont think anyone has been banned for using it yet, but I still wouldn't take my chances.

I'm pretty sure chicken is undectable, it is pure auto-it but once again, I dont take any chances.

I can't tell you much about pikit, I don't know much about it.

As for the duping, there was a dupe that was public for quite awahile, it was just fixed recently but as a result the economy is extremely ****ed up hi runes and sojs are worth next to nothing right now. Private dupes do still exist though, and probably always will unless they can somehow fix lag which is pretty much impossible.

chicken is safe (so far) but i hear of people that have gotten bogus/1 hit kills (even if they were damaged already)
