D2PK Guide, Installing and more!

Pamela gave me permission to make this guide, I dont want to get blamed for advertising she said it was fine.

Getting D2PK: First you need to Sign up for D2PK they will send you a email to varify your password, after that one of the MODS has to accept you. So just be afk on that site for a few minutes once your name Turns Grayish ( would be yellow if you HAVENT been approved) you are free to browse their forums and downloads.

D2PK, What is it?
D2PK is a server for those who like to duel. On D2PK Quilt Rats drop all of the hrs, the experience is boosted, Cows Drop every Unique ( Normal Cows drop Normal Uniques etc etc ).
There is no Fail to Joins on that server, No lag, No connection interruped and no Ip bans. They allow C3PO maphack which is all that is needed.

Installing D2PK:

First you need to make a copy if your DiabloII Folder.
So go to C:\Program Files and Right click on DiabloII and Copy and Paste on your desktop, It will take a few seconds or minutes depending on your computer.

Then you need to download the following and Place them in your DiabloII folder ( the one that is at your Desktop)
D2PK :: Downloads :: D2PK Downloads :: Battle.net Gateway Editor
D2PK :: Downloads :: D2PK Downloads :: 1.10 Revert Pack
D2PK :: Downloads :: D2PK Downloads :: TfW 1.10 Mod Patch

Once all of those Downloads are in your Diablo II folder open up GateWay editor and Fill in the information under the Diablo2 Tab:
Select New GateWay
Enter any name you want
For zone put -5
for Ip put 66.109.18.228
Then close that down and your good to go

Open DiabloII from the New folder were you saved everything.
When you open Diablo2 select D2PK server.
EX: if you play US EAST it should say US EAST under Connect
So click on that and select D2PK, make sure the version is 1.10 after you selected D2PK. Then make a new account and connect. also make sure you make Ladder Characters.

Maphack:
D2PK :: Downloads :: D2PK Downloads :: C3PO MapHack 1.10
Download it there and Place it on your Desktop. That maphack is safe. Mousepads is also avaliable for use but C3PO is much better.

any item + stamina potion = normal item all mods removed
any item + thawing potion = superior
any item + 2x thawing potions = ethereal superior
any normal item + 1x id scroll = upgraded to exceptional
any exceptional item + 2x id scroll = upgraded to elite
non superior item + 3 keys = 3 sockets to item
superior item + 3 antidoites = 3 sockets to item
non superior item + 4 keys = 4 sockets to item
superior item + 4antidoites = 4 sockets to item
superior item + minor healing potion = 5 sockets to item
superior item + 2 minor healing potions = 6 sockets to item
non superior item + 1 minor mana potion = 5 sockets to item
non superior item + 2 minor mana potions = 6 sockets to item
any socketed item + tp tomb = item removed of all runes/jewels (superior mods kept)
key + unique item = 1 socket
2 super healing potion + magic/rare item = 2 sockets
2x of same rune = next lvl rune
Tir= Makes Item Eth in Cube
3minor mana Potions= 3+ traps Mod
3minor healing Poitons= 3 Shadow Mods
Mana Potions Should Make Items Magically (super ones or minor)

Upping Rare & Unique Weapons/Armors

Weapons:
Ort + Amn + Normal Rare Weapon = Exceptional Rare Weapon
Fal + Um + Exceptional Rare Weapon = Elite Rare Weapon
Ral + Sol + Normal Unique Weapon = Exceptional Unique Weapon
Lum + Pul + Exceptional Unique Weapon = Elite Unique Weapon

Armors:
Ral + Thul + Normal Rare Armor = Exceptional Rare Armor
Ko + Pul + Exceptional Rare Armor = Elite Rare Armor
Tal + Shael + Normal Unique Armor = Exceptional Unique Armor
Ko + Lem + Exceptional Unique Armor = Elite Unique Armor


ROLLING JEWELERS ARMORS
Any Armor + Tome of ID = Jewelers Armor (random/no suffixes)

Claws
3 Minor Mana Potions= 3+ shadow mod magical(Blue)
3 Minor Healing Potions= 3+Trap Mod magical(Blue)"


Drops:
Quilt Rats=Runes every kind of rune
Smith=Crown of ages, Fathom, Griffons, Steelrends, Dungos, and many more!
Grisworld= Gems/Facets
Hephasto=Hoz, Amulets, Tgods,Tyreals+ more
BoneAsh= Valor,Treks, Ormus+ More
Trav gives insane amount of Small Charms and Grand Charms.

and if you follow directions you wont get banned just make sure you do the D2PK server not US WEST/EAST

You can have your own friend list and whatnot, like every feature the realm has on D2PK right? How popular is it? So basically the game scrolling list are a bunch of dueling games?

Edit: Does duped items such as Grim Spur and etc spawn?

its pretty popular
i see people everywere same commands and such you can get friends lists

Its like a normal Battle.net server..
you can quest hell you can even baal run but you wont need to you cna get to lvl 99 in normal cows

This may sound stupid: If I get banned of of D2PK am I banned on Battle.Net?
What a Gmercs?
Do you have to be a dueler or can you player for fun there also?

If you get banned of D2PK you CAN play on battlenet
Gmercs just dont worry about it and dont try to do it , they will ban ya
no you dont have to be a dueler you can play for fun

I just want to share this with people that like to duel but cant really offord it...
that was my problem I loved dueling but took so mcuh time to get items/Chars

You wont get blamed if you dont do it

GM=Good Mannered duels
so that means you dont Naked Kill
Dont heal
Dont Sorb with shields 100+ res etc like that. just good mannered duels
