Help with ele druid

Hello all, im on Sc/l and i got a elemental druid and id like to get some help with it.

Gear:
Shako
Hoto
Enigma
spirit
magefist
soj
manald ring
3+ele skills amu
arach
sandstorm
anni
torch

what should i change in my gear to achive as much dmg as possible?
only neccesary to gather as many ele skillers as possible or?

omgosh frater *tears*...follow his guide. and u will have the MOST VERSATILE character u can ever have. it is the most CONSISTANT character in the game when dueling. yes u will lose sometimes. but u stand a GOOD chance against any opponent.
