What's up guys, I'm kinda new to this Diablo thing but I was just wondering if someone could explain to me what the hell the frame thing it? I always see it being talked about but I really don't understnd it. Thanks

how fast the game is displaying the graphics. maximum the human eye can differentiate is 60 FPS (frames per second) which is what D2 usually runs like for me anyway. to get the fps display (which also tells you your ping) up ingame you go to talk and type /fps. you do the same to get rid of the FPS display.

How long it takes for a character to complete an action, such as teleing would be a FCR frame, obviously the lower the frame is the less animation it takes to complete that action thus makin you tele faster. FHR has frames too, for an example if you got a very high fhr breakpoint your gonna have a hell of a time tryin to get out of mb lock because you'll be put into recovey animation and at a slugish fhr frame you probably wont be able to get out obviously the lower the fhr frame you have the less animation it will take to complete a recovery animation. All characters have there own fhr and fcr breakpoint tables, although I think only the sorc and the barb have the same fcr breakpoints. You can find the breakpoints here. pvpwest.com

105 is the most acceptable, anything lower is not going to work. I'm not sure what fcr frame light sorcs use, I never made one before.

I think it's 142% or 148%, something like that, but I may be wrong.
