the real item would be +3 fire, cold, or lite, 20 fcr, and 2 sockets. 3 sockets is not realistic. if it had 3 sockets, it would be missing the fcr. it would be an artisans circlet/coronet of fire/cold/lite? you can only have 3 sockets on magical items if they have the title "artisans". 2 sockets can be achieved through the socket quest. 3 cannot be given from the socket quest on a magical item, only a white item.

Actually its possible if its blue.. Artisans .. = 3 sockets.. But im sure he wants it yellow

if it was artisans it would not have the 20 fcr. magic circlets/coronets/diadems get 2 magic attributes, so if you want the +3 fire skills, you can have either 20 fcr aka magus, or 3 sockets aka artisans, but you can't have both. and rare would be a max of +2 skills, and i have never seen a rare circlet with beyond 2 sockets. the best item would be a firey coronet of the magus with 2 sockets from quest.

i had a 3fb circ 3 os with 3x 5-5 fire facet in it but i sold it like a dumb ass i still need so i pay very well im 1 rich bastard (JSP)SUCKS)
