Ok well I downloaded some cool MS PowerPoint backgrounds online and I copied them into the appropriate folder where the other backgrounds are saved. But in the background display(slide design) where it shows all of your backgrounds they don't show up. How can I make it so they show up

I have browse for them, so I had to mark them all which is annoying having to rename them after I copy them. Right now I am using MS Office 2003.

Check what kind of files are in the folder and what kind of files the ones you downloaded are. Like .jpeg files and what not. If there not the same files you will have to change them to something that is compatible. There are a lot of programs out there to change file types. I don't know what kind of files ms powerpoint uses so i am blank on that but they should all match.
