It all depends on the situation and on the person you are dueling. I mostly used Multi Shot.

It depends. If your going for PvP use multi. If your going for PvM use strafe.

True. With good damage you can take out the whole dueling arena with a good multishot.

Multishot will make people stand very far away from you. Because at the speed of your shots, they will do some damage. It forces many to run away.

LOL Strafe is a must have for any bowa. I was just dueling some with my old bowa. There was a sorcy I couldn't kill with GA or multi because her Eshield and mana regen were too good. Switched to strafe and the shots trailed her as she teled and froze her, one more strafe and it was over. Not to mention that strafe is just too handy in open areas with monsters on all sides. Add knockback and you can pretty much maintain distance between you and all enemies. Also I hate how high the mana cost gets on a hight lvl multishot, you don't leech enough unless there are masses of enemies grouped up. It is good to have a moderately worked up multisoht though, I usually go for about 12-12.

I have always been a fan of spread over multi. Strafe lock is bull. I also have a question for bewarethephoenix. When u talk about not leeching enough when there arent lots of enemies around, why are u using multi in that situation anyway? If there were just a few baddys, use guided...

IMO guided sucks for PvM. If i'm just fighting an act boss then yes, a small group of monsters strafe is superior.

Strafe isnt good at all Multi may lower damage but 2k is enough for hell let alone 6-7k that bowa's get,

Strafe's only downside is that you lock on it till its finished firing. Multi, well its true only the middle arrows hold the leech and psn dmg properties. I think you either need really high IAS for either PVP or PVM or get knockback to keep you a lil safer in hell or duels.
