It used to be destruction keys, now they're terror keys for me that are hard to find. Hate keys I find the most. I wonder if Blizzard rigs the ratios every now and then.

terror for me as well. i did about 30 keys runs tonight and only got 1 destruction key out of it. hate used to drop soo much for me, along with terror but now terror seems to never drop. and the countess doesn't even give me a decent rune drop, the bitch.

Agreed, Countes used to be good for something but it seems like she has cheaped out on us. If she drops 3 El or 3 Eld runes again I'm gonna go insane. It's so sad that I actually get better rune drops off her in nightmare.

dont know why, but hkeys are always the last ones i'm looking for. you right tho... countess rune drops are horrible... excited if she drops a hel rune! sigh.

i use to do baal runs with the best french guys you ever saw. i did hate, 7/10 times i found a key and my merc stayed alive (had mana regenerate thing), i decided to do destruction and my merc always died, and key drops were like 3/10.
i hardly ever did tkey runs, but i got keys 1/5 the time and every 45th time i got 2keys

ok, well this morning ive done about another 30 key runs and got none out of all the bosses, this is getting ridicules. is their an item that help you find keys?
