There is "The Pit" (Act 1, Tamoe Highland),
and there is "The Infernal Pit" (Act 5, Arreat Plateu)

In Hell Diff., both places feature high level monsters, but usually the pit refers to the one in Act 1, because it's the easiest to locate, and also because the other pit is likely filled with Oblyvion Knights.

Just found a 3/5 lighting facet from duriel

Only places I have ever found them were Duriel and Mephisto(both in hell). Not saying they don't drop anywhere else, but I always had the best luck at mephy.

I've gotten about 5, probably off of Mephisto this ladder. He's got stashes full of them I bet.

Found them everywhere but mephisto and baal and nilthak was best for me but facets are so hard bec i never used them unless perfect and i maybe found ten perfects in my d2 playing.

Probably also the most duped thing behind runes.

i have found 4 this ladder, all were off hell baal in baal runs. there was a 5/5 cold lvl facet, a 5/5 fire die facet, and two 5/4 lite die facets. i haven't found them anywhere else yet.
