Rust storm wouldn't do that much to items I wouldn't imagine since all the hyper rune words are technically legit even if they are made of duped runes aren't they?

i had a rune word poof one time and i made it from duped runes

No, I'm talking about if your a Paladin, and you have a Dragon runeword which gives you the Holy Fire aura. If you wear two Dragon (Helmet and Shield), the two Aura's stack so you end up with like Level 30+ Holy Fire. You can take it even higher if you equip Hand Of Justice, so your looking at Level 40+ Holy Fire here. That stacking is only half the bull shit though, the other problem is that the synergies for Holy Fire, which would be the Resist Fire and Salavation auras, still work with the Holy Fire aura given from the runewords.

So basically, you can have a fully powered up Holy Fire + Beyond, and not have to put a single point into Holy Fire on your skill tree. To top it off, if you max out Conviction, you will essentially ensure that you will always get the most damage out of each "pulse" from Holy Fire. You don't even have to move to do any killing, just let the aura do it for you.

to get that gear you have to either
1) be at the end of the game, which you got your challenge part
2) have another char at the end of the game that got the gear for you, which you got the challenge part
3) ebay it, which you are probably going to die anyways cause you are a newb

It's bullshit. Overpowered gayed up bullshit. That's what it is. That's why Blizzard needs to make a 1.12 patch and nerf everything, include the majority of 1.10/1.11 runewords that introduced which pretty much ruined the game.

Thing is, Blizzard would nerf certain skills, so instead of having an arsenal of various skills, players stick with their one single killing skill and just focus on getting the best equipment possible, which is easy because Blizzard continuously adds more overpowered items to the game for players to obtain. Even if your just starting out, you'd be surprised what you'll find during a casual run.
